Evening ladies.I met with people to cover the layout of a summer music festival at a local college today. Then I reduced two plywood sheets into 1x4 panels for a backdrop of high school lockers. Our alumni is holding a Follies thru the decades as a fundraiser.I was going to paint the lockers after supper, but I realized.....I'm tired!

Apparently too much shoveling of 18" of ice on Sunday makes for a sore back all week. No heat nor motrin nor stretching has helped yet. Grrrrr. At least our crappy weather seems to be gone forever ( at least that's my story).

Linda, ouch! After 8 trips to the bone cracker, then 14 hours of PT,my back is almost OK.Anne got me a heat/electric pad at the pharmacy that is similar to the one used at PT.It seems to help a lot.Price is around 40$.Good luck with your back.

:( As much as you're sick of ice, use that a bit more than heat. And see if you can find one of these. It's called a Theracane. It saves me at times. ((((Linda))))

Thanks guys.

I need to get better -- I've still got 2 walls in the laundry room to paint this weekend :)

I will try ice tonight and I've seen that cane Penny -- a girlfriend has one and she uses it a lot.
