Leftover beef enchiladas. I don't cook during the week, just weekends.

Time to lock up my desk and head home. TTFN!!!

I had plans for a grilled pork tenderloin with mojo sauce, brown rice and oven roasted carrots. But I forgot to take the pork out of the freezer this morning. So we're probably ordering pizza.

Pork,salad and a cauliflower dish covered in a layer of Mayo,mustard and Swiss cheese.YUM!

A combination of me cooking, and prepared/frozen stuff from the grocery store.

I cook, but not very well. That's why I only have simple stuff - steak, burgers, chili, pasta, pork chops. I don't eat vegetables except for an occasional salad so that makes things even easier.

And to top things off, I'm having one of these. It's a 25 oz. bottle and it's 10% alcohol, this will be a one beer night.

I'm drinking as I type. It isn't bad, but at $11.99/bottle I don't think I'll have it again.

I broil my steaks in the oven. I live in a condo and according to the HOA rules we're not allowed to have grills. There are a couple of grills out by the pool, but the pool is 2 buildings away from me. I don't think it's worth the trouble to go down 4 floors and walk across the parking lot with my food and a bag of charcoal to grill a steak.

Sportin' an irish tan, freckles over pink. LOL And recovering from lots of food indulgence. But it was so warm and lovely. Sadly, back to work but at least I had your can to ogle.
