So tell me how is this not the best venue to see Jimmy!!!!!!!!

I've been way up there a few times, it's not a bad place to sit. If I decide to come back to LI for these 2 shows I think I'll go for the best seat I can get for one of them and the nosebleeds for the other, save a few bucks.

That view is awesome. Good times. Love Jones Beach. I've met some really nice people there, too. (As is the case at most JB concerts ... well, okay, ALL!)

Great picture of the venue! Jones Beach is definitely on my 'to do' list...just not this year. Guess when school starts...August 19. DAMB! Some day I will.

Just got two tix upper decker!!! Had two lower seats, but I could not rationalize paying $182.00 for not even seats in the pit! Last year, I had Pit Row 5 at Camden for about $150.00 a piece!!!

My wife and I will be the only ones going to this show (haha I said wife; we are getting married in June!!!). We have done a Camden charter bus for the past 3 years. Wedding is more important this summer! Anyway, hoping to possibly join a buffettnews charter bus in the area or possibly join a bigger tailgate. Any info would be much appreciated! Thanks!!!!

Orch. D, row R, seat 13.

Since I'm an anal retentive freak and save all of my ticket stubs, I went back and checked my other tickets from past JB@JB shows. I was in orch. D rows P & W in '09 and '08 respectively, seat 13 both times. That's on the outside aisle, the band passes by on their way off stage at the end of the show. The downside of being on the outside aisle is if it's high tide you might get wet feet. When I saw Miranda Lambert and Kenny Chesney at Jones Beach 4 years ago I was in orch. D row S on the outside aisle. It was high tide and raining. The water was lapping over the edge before Chesney hit the stage. His video guy came to the edge of the stage and shot straight down, the people in the front row were ankle deep in water.

Was actually able to get 6 seats together in 10L. Not too bad. Might keep looking for two seats up closer. But if I don't find them I'll be content sitting further back.

Never thought I'd say this, but god bless ticketmaster for instituting a refund/exchange policy. I bought tickets for Tuesday by mistake, didn't realize it until after it was too late. After wiping the panic sweat off my brow, I was able to get the Thursday tickets. I'm on hold now to refund the Tuesday tickets.

Seems to be good seats still available keep trying. Does live nation have a policy that lets you upgrade for better seats? I seem to remeber this but never used it before.
