Sail On Carol Thompson...

Post by Dr.Corona »

After somehow, someway unexplainedly contracting the monster disease necrotizing fasciitis (the flesh-eating disease) some 20 days ago my wife of 23 years passed away today. I will miss her sweet loving smile & so tender heart. But mostly I feel for our young grandsons 8 & 5 who loved her so much & were loved by her so dearly, along with our 1 year old granddaughter who will not be fortunate enough to have the memories that every child longs to cherish about their grandparent.
Sail on Carol Thompson......you can now join your father on that eternal boat ride in the heavens.

Ken, I'm so very sorry. What an awful shock for you and your family, for Carol to pass so suddenly. My heart goes out to you, and you will all be in my prayers.

Sail on, Carol. Although I never met you it's clear you were a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother.

Ken, I am so sorry to read about the loss of your soul mate. It just doesn't get any sadder or heartbreaking.
You and your family are in my thoughts.
All you can do is cherish the memories and count your blessings for what she gave you over the years.
Please go to your friends when you need to, and do what you can to be there for the grandkids.
My heart is broken for you ans your family.

Ken......I'm so sorry for your loss! My deepest sympathies to you and your family.
Godspeed Carol......
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Pinot Noir in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming "WOO HOO"
