I think that some of the songs from the early albums were played live at a number of shows however given that many of the shows at that time were in bars and the live, no one has a set list.

I have an album with the song "Please Take Your Drunken Fifteen Year Old Girlfriend Home" on it. I bought it in the seventies and been trying to tell someone about it. The song is not on the inside fold out jacket but is on the album.[/quote]
I bought that album back in the 70's and was wandering how many actual albums there are. I have been going to Buffett concerts since the begining and have never found no one with this album or heard of this song. Now in the computer age I guess it is easier to comunicate and search.
I have had this Havaña Daydreamin' album with 'Please Take Your Drunking Fifteen Year Old Girlfriend Home' since the seventies. I have been going to Buffett concerts since the begining and have never found no one that has ever heard of that song. I know now with the computer age things are easier to search and find. I was wandering if anyone knows how many albums that were made with this song on it?

The song "Please Take Your Drunking Fifteen Year Old Girlfriend Home" has been available for download from various Buffett websites since the mid 1990's. As for how many copies of the test pressing were made there maybe actually be quite a few since they have shown up on Ebay from time to time. Havana DayDreamin' was not the originally planned title for the album it was originally going to be called "Second Wind", with the song "Kick it in Second Wind" as the title track. As to why the album title was changed and the tracks "'Please Take Your Drunking Fifteen Year Old Girlfriend Home", "Train to Dixieland", were dropped more then likely had to do with making the album more radio airplay friendly.
The song is actually titled "Please Take Your Drunken Fifteen Year Old Girlfriend Home". Album titles and how songs are sequenced are often tinkered with right up until the very last minute so test pressings like Second Wind really aren't all that unusual. I don't know the real reason why "Please Take Your Drunken Fifteen Year Old Girlfriend Home" and "Train To Dixieland" (as well as the alternate takes of "Kick It In Second Wind" and "Wonder Why We Ever Go Home") were dropped but I doubt it had anything to do with making the album more radio friendly, especially coming from Jimmy Buffett who is renown for songs like "Why Don't We Get Drunk (And Screw)" and "My Head Hurts, My Feet Stink And I Don't Love Jesus". He was never one to shy away from risque humor, especially back in those days.
