The HAWAII FIVE-O is certainly copyrighted,

but I bet I could get away with putting this in my surf shop (or something like this).

Could be from the five-0 set. You may remember that Jimmy and Tom Moffatt visited the set in December while Jimmy was on the island.

Grrrrrr ..... I have been down this path with Zazzle before. I won one battle ... lost another.
I'll see what I can do. They are a very inconsistent company when it comes to these things.

don quiote in waipahu has some hawaii 5-0 shirts... "hawaii 5-0" (front) "bookem Danno" (back) and also kukui HS alumnishirts
