Well, guys, the bidding sheets are done. Nothing like waiting to the last minute. I hope I have everything accounted for and with appropriate opening bids. ETP gave me some guidance of starting bids, so I think I'm good to go. I have some blank sheets just in case.

I'm hoping to send pm's to auction volunteers, but the way this week is going, I don't know if that will happen. It will be okay. Be at your spot 5 minutes beforehand and the earlier shift can fill you in. The only complicated part may be checkout, but I'll be there then to help get it going.

Here are some tips for you.
Get to the parking lot EARLY!
Be sure to wear something you can get wet in!
Don't forget your tickets, you will probably not make it back to your hotel before the concert.
Put an extra set of clothes in your car in case you want or need to change.
Bring sunscreen!
PACE YOURSELF!
There are probably more ..... anyone else have suggestions??

An extra roll of Charmin may come in handy since they usually run out by mid afternoon at most of the porta pottys....Just a suggestion And a bottle opener in case you acquire some Landshark or similar beverage from phriendly phin pholks....

We bought 72 rolls of TP at Sam's today. Thanks again to Pharmboy for all the help and for the trailers.

We aren't doing a stripper pole, but there will be a new surprise for the back of the Leaky Tiki this year. If it works out like I hope it will, it could be one of the best ideas I've had in a while. It should take the after party up a notch, but that's all I can say for now.

Coral Reefer Meet-N-Greet

Madness on the Midway Parking Lot Party next Saturday in Frisco.

Right now we have confirmation on Coral Reefers Peter & Jim Mayer, Doyle Grisham, Nadirah Shakoor and Tina Gullickson. We did have Ilo scheduled but he is Jimmy’s opening act this year so he has not been able to attend any of the Meet-N-Greets so far this tour. Attendance of the artist is subject to change due to tour commitments and weather.



The time of the Meet-N-Greet is still based on when they get off stage from the sound check. The thinking is somewhere between 4:00-5:00. I will get a call when they are on their way out.

We ask for only one item for autographs from each artist to keep the line flowing and allow more people to get through and meet the Reefers.

Once again, attendance of the artist is subject to change due to tour commitments and weather.

We are also raffling off first in line spots at the Pre-Concert Party Phriday night Lochranns. The drawing will be somewhere around 10:00pm. We also have some other raffle prizes we are giving away. All proceeds go into our USO charity donation from the parking lot party.

Raffle tickets are 1 for $1, 7 for $5 and 15 for $10.

UPDATE-----------THE TIME FOR THE START OF THE MEET-N-GREET LOOKS TO BE AROUND 5:30ish. WE WILL HAVE THEM FOR 45 MINUTES TO AN HOUR. THE LOCATION IS IN THE GOLD LOT ALONG WORLD CUP WAY WITH THE LONE STAR PARROT HEAD CLUB.
