Hey, since I have a captive audience that likes to travel...I have a question.

My Dad just started taking B12 shots for a medical condition. He injects himself. Is there going to be an issue taking the needles thru airport security? Any suggestions/advice?

I believe the prescription or a note from the doctor to show to security is sufficient...but you may want to call first.

Okay, I was planning on bringing the prescription/note. Not sure if TSA at LAX would ever answer a phone. But it's worth a shot...thanks!

My oldest daughter has Type I Diabetes . . . she carries a prescription with her and has no prob . . . Still doesn't hurt to "check with your local authorities.
