The first time I ever had backstage passes was in Las Vegas in 2002. Jimmy's guitar tech took us out to the stage in the empty arena. I stood on the stage at the MGM Grand Garden Arena with Jimmy's blue guitar in my hands. Nobody had a camera. #%*$#%^(@!

LIPH wrote:I've only been to 1 show this year and I'm tired of this Workin' & Playin' song already.
I'd like it more if it weren't every show. And if there were a studio version.

Mixed into my Bad Parrot Tiki Bar and Grille playlist in iTunes (2,200 songs, puts what RM does to shame) and played once in a while … yeah, I'd be fine with it.

To be honest I haven't heard it enough to be sick of it yet. I like "Gentleman of Leisure." Hearing that along with "Rhumba Man' would make me happy.

No. But they soaked his Margaritaville Depends TM and salted those rims. Pending updates on Linda's status.

Just went and stood in the middle of the living room … sounds OK enough on the stereo.

Lot of hiccups on the YouTube feed, but I think that's probably because I'm trying to pitch the full HD version to my Roku via the wireless network.

(I remember when I'd have had no idea what the hell I just said.)

The firm I used to work for represented (maybe still represents) the company that makes oxycontin. Or hillbilly heroin, as one of the partners called it.

Gentleman Of Leisure has been my theme song for 6 years, 2 months and 3 days. But who's counting.
