St Barts for me, the Le Select anniversary concert and around town at different times, love it, kinda like back the way it "used to be" in the 70's before the big bucks were rolling in. Yes Jimmy, some of us are still kickin' as well.

For the "typical" shows, I completely agree. It's clear that Jimmy loves playing there, and the GW staff is laid back enough to let whatever needs to happen in the parking lot happen... the best tailgates that I've been to.

Coolest show I've seen was when he showed up at the Rose & Crown on Nantucket and played a set with Little Feat, who were more or less the house band at the point. This was... probably 10 or 12 years ago, but still an awesome experience.

Most expensive free concert to see Jimmy @ CR and worth every euro/dollar spent. Best part was making new longterm friends from the northeast!!

I can't imagine there being a full day of entertainment better than Alpine Valley. Venue's just aren't set up like that anywhere... I'd like to find out about other venues though.

Gotta say, the St. Barth concert was awesome. The two benefit shows in Palm Beach at the Breakers with Jimmy in the sand will be hard to beat..For a regular venue, love Great Woods....
