Same here.. I can't decide. [smilie=shake.gif]
It's REALLY SIMPLE!!

What song does Jimmy come out and do for his second encore with his acoustic guitar and for the next three weeks every REAL Parrot Head can't stop talking about how much that meant to them? :D

See, I'm so not in that category.

Now this is what does it for me...

Here I am picking between the 2 kids I never had...

Yes, I AM a pirate... :pirate:

But then I think about the good times
Down in the Caribbean sunshine... :D

And then I have to go back to my very first Jimmy Buffett show... and OPH was THE song.
A most mysterious calling harbour
So far, but yet, so near
Where I see the day
When my hair's full gray
and I finally...disappear. BUT NOT YET!!

these two songs run concurrently on Boats, in case anyone was looking for them together. I'm sure I've got a few nice live cuts too, but I didn't want to have to jump between songs.

OK, I gave them each a listen and I'm going with the pirate song. Love that Fingers Taylor on the album cut, even more on the live cut from 10/21/06.

I made enough money to buy Miami,
But I p*** it away so fast,
Never meant to last, never meant to last.

I'm still going with OPH, but I really wouldn't be unhappy to see APLAF win.

OPH!!!! Love the song....

"There's that one particular harbour... so far and yet so near...."

Such a fabulous song... Whenever I'm a little stressed, I put that song on and I'm sooo happy!

OPH is my all-time favorite Buffett song and I TOO remember Heather working the crowd at Great Woods into a frenzy! Ah - the good ol days!

i just tipped it towards Pirate Looks At 40....ive always been a sucker for the slower songs. OPH is an incredible song, one of the best, but listening to Pirate takes me so many places with so many great memories. far more meaningful for me personally :D

OPH is not just my favorite Buffett song.....but my favorite song, period.

It's the one song that no matter how many times I listen to it, nine times out of ten.....it makes me a little teary.....

When I hear the "Where the children play on the shore each day" I literally see a picture of my daughter playing on the shores of Lake Powell where we spent so many summers......
