Been a long time. I haven't been to a show in years, but the 2nd generation is asking about going, so I figure it's time to dust off the blender.

Last I remember, Nissan (it'll always be Nissan) banned tailgating all together. What's the current status? It's the only quasi-local show we can make this year, but if I can't show the youngin' the full experience, we'll wait for next year.

Lots open 3-4. Fairly strict about tailgating. If you go make sure you have red cups. No canopies or EZ-ups either.

Hey there. I think it has gotten a lil better each year since the ban/debacle of 2011. Jamie is correct though - absolutely no canopies but you can have umbrellas. I am on the lookout for as many as I can find to take this year!
We were the 3rd car in line at 3:45 for Kenny last Fri & they would not let us through til 4pm on the dot
I will say however, they (both Prince William PD & venue staff) did not mess with anyone who had their beer in coozies or those without coozies which surprised the sh!t outta me!

You know, the venue is not great & getting out after s*cks but I have not missed seeing bubba at Nissan since my 1st show in 2000 & don't plan to stop til he does.

Hi PHriends! My husband and I recently opened up a craft brewery in Manassas, VA - very close to Jiffy Lube. As long time Parrotheads, we've been waiting a long time to be able to host an "unofficial" pre-concert event at the brewery. Here's some details about what we have planned. And hope to see a lot of you here!

Just a reminder that we're just a few weeks out from our pre-party Sinistral Brewing Company in Old Town Manassas Virginia We've got one of the best trop rock bands on the East Coast - Sandbar - playing from 2-6PM. We've got CJ Finz (a local seafood restaurant) hosting a raw bar here all day. And we've got The Philadelphia Tavern serving up other Parrothead-friendly food. We'll be serving our own Virginia craft beer, beer-garitas (beer only) and even making beer jello shots!

And for those of you not going to the concert, but still staying to hang out, we've got another one of our favorite Northern Virginia cover bands - Unintended Consequences - playing from 6-10pm.

For those of you who've never been here before, we are located on Main Street in Manassas, VA. We are approximately 15-20 minutes away from Jiffy Lube. There is plenty of parking nearby in the parking garage across the street from us. And if you are headed to the concert from here, we encourage you to bring a sober driver - or use Uber, etc.

We are a family-friendly brewery with lots of outdoor space, lawn games to keep you entertained all day.

This year crept up on me. Didn't realize how soon the show was. I think going to a March Buffett show has my cycle all messed up. I'm feeling rather irregular.
