If Jones Beach is the rumored august 2nd date I may pop down to the Lube for Saturday and then head back home for the Fenway gig. May be looking for a roommate Saturday night!!!

Don't think we will ever get back to the days of stripper pole & smoking balls but I still go because it's the closest & Nissan is where it all started for me.

The room is booked, ticket ordered and travel plans made. After five years, I'm lubing again.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Re: Who's going to Bristow Sat Aug 4th
As I've posted before I've given up on JLL as a venue to see Jimmy because they just killed the vibe for me there. But this year I'm doing something different and will actually be working on the local crew that day. There should be some time to wander around the parking lot in the late afternoon. After all these years I'm finally going to be taking some of Jimmy's money instead of the other way around!
It was too much tequila . . . . or not quite enough.

Maybe being an 'insider' you can get the lots open earlier than 4 for us

Stop by our tailgate for some entertainment. We actually had a supervisor take a 'shot' of water off the luge 1 year!

I still think about that conversation he had with the powers that be...
Supv: 'What's an ice luge?'
Radio: 'Tell them to take it down or we will bust it up!'

Re: Who's going to Bristow Sat Aug 4th?
Did anyone else purchase the premier parking? I did and received what looks like a old fashion ticket in the mail that doesn't say anything about what it is. Certainly not what I have received in the past. Just looking if anyone else received the same thing.

Re: Who's going to Bristow Sat Aug 4th?
I can't speak for JLL as I've never purchased one there but when I've bought Premier Parking at Blossom in Akron they usually send me a "ticket" in the mail that says it's a receipt only and is NOT the actual pass and then I get the actual pass in the mail(a mirror hangtag, etc.) a few weeks later.phrankbama wrote: ↑March 8, 2018 11:35 amDid anyone else purchase the premier parking? Last year they sent the mirror hang tag shortly before the show date, maybe this is what you described and just a receipt. ThanksWVParrothead wrote: ↑March 8, 2018 2:54 pmI can't speak for JLL as I've never purchased one there but when I've bought Premier Parking at Blossom in Akron they usually send me a "ticket" in the mail that says it's a receipt only and is NOT the actual pass and then I get the actual pass in the mail(a mirror hangtag, etc.) a few weeks later.phrankbama wrote: ↑March 8, 2018 11:35 amDid anyone else purchase the premier parking?
