Ticket info so far:
If you have an American Express card, you can buy tickets early, from 10 a.m. Feb. 28 through 10 p.m. March 2. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, March 3 to the general public. Customers can't buy more than eight tickets. They will be available via margaritaville.com or fcdallas.com/stadium at a so-far-undisclosed price.

I wanted to come back this year but June 8-11 is the Carolina Country Music Festival. The festival site is only about 10 miles from where I live. I get to go back home each night and sleep in my own bed and I don't have to spend $400, or more, for a plane ticket. It was a no brainer.

This will most likely be my last multi-Buffett concert year as well. If I'm going to be a crotchety grumpy old retired duffer living on a pension, it's time I started acting the part.
MEANWHILE, I shall see YOU in Chicago and Charleston in a few months.

Just made plane reservations- the weekend after I get back from the Tampa concert.

What is the difference between the AE General Pre-Sale and AE Preferred Pre-Sale? Is there a special code for the Preferred Pre-Sale?

I'm planning on attending, but will be traveling on the 3rd, so needing to get in on the presale if possible and don't have an AMEX. Playing the "find someone with an AMEX card" game now. It's not looking good on that front.

It looks like parking is going to be tighter than usual at Toyota Stadium. I was out there a few days ago and the grass field on the east side of the stadium, where hundreds of cars and RV's parked in the past, is now all torn up. It appears they are putting foundations in for commercial businesses.

I got section 30, row 2, seats 23 and 24. Looks pretty good to me. We don't do the floor anymore. I'm too vertically challenged.

I forgot tickets went on sale today.
I just went on line at the Margaritaville web site, saw there were still plenty of good seats left, but I went for the "cheap" seats- got one in Section 127, row 1.

It appears we will have sold our RV by the time Frisco rolls around. How difficult is it to get Uber pick-ups around the tailgate area to get back and forth to hotels in Frisco or Plano? We need to figure this out ASAP so we can reserve a tailgate spot for our car..

Uber works great here...use it all the time.
