Good thing I haven't made concrete plans for Paris yet.
But I'm pretty sure No Parrot could not manage 2 Buffett concerts in a week; one is his limit per decade.

Just leave him in the bar over the road and come along with us

Only 92 days now until this extra concert, then its a welcome return to La Cigale on the Saturday. Which is an excellent venue, still smile at the looks on the people who were going to another event close by who were standing by the line waiting to go into see Jimmy, are there any plans for a pre concert get together.

Don - Kim is planning to announce something soon I understand. There seems to be two schools of thought - first one is something similar to 2011 but obviously not the Hard Rock Café as its too far away. Maybe the Irish bar next door to the Moulin Rouge? There are others that are planning to tailgate on the steps of the Sacre Coeur. Fingers crossed we will be as lucky with the weather this year, as in previous years

I guess you pay your money and take your choice
Keep a watch on 'Parrotheads in Paris' on FB
Guess its time for me to eat my words.........
Apparently Kim has arranged the Saturday pre show party at the Hard Rock Café! Seems a strange choice to me given its location (and how expensive it is).
I think there will be other 'things' going on too, I will keep you posted
As for a pre concert get together for La Trabendo, I think it will be a case of finding a bar in the street opposite and seeing who happens by! A lot of people (us included) only arrive in Paris that day, so will be rushing across on the RER as soon as we are ready
We are planning to go to this one as we cannot get tickets for the Saturday, however not familiar with the location anyone got any ideas where to stay for reasonable price hotel, we would plan to arrive on the Thursday morning so central location would be great any suggestions...
Also I will keep an eye on the meeting place it will be good to meet up with others before the concert.

I wouldn't give up on tickets for Saturday, some usually become available nearer the time or even on the day. Just keep watching this thread and also Facebook.
I don't know the area around La Trabendo (its more of a locals area) but a group of us will be going over by Metro from Montmartre (close to La Cigale) if you want to join us?

Thanks for your response, I will keep an eye out for tickets for the Saturday as this is our preferred date due to not having many holidays days left at work, I will let you know about meeting up as yet we have not got our flights booked yet so not sure what time we will be arriving in Paris, but will let you know closer to the time.
