I know, I don't like it either but it may mean I get to be in KW longer this year. It finally got a little busier at work and since I work on commission only I can't afford to miss business.

A mortgage will do that to you! I'm already going to St Barth, Nantucket and Tanglewood this summer, it's not like I don't have anything else to look forward to but I REALLY wanted to get out of here
