'He went to Paris'
They had the nerve to end Laser Buffett with it when it was here in Jacksonville. Bummer.

I could get blasted for this one... but what about "Margaritaville"? The lyrics aren't exactly the party that everyone makes 'em out to be.
Another sad song is "Ace".

Buffett is a happy music, a fun music. When you are trying to get rid of a bad feeling or depression or need some music for a good time Jimmy Buffett is the music you go to. So there are no real sad songs. He Went to Paris,False Echoes, Death of an Unpopular Poet, and Lovely Cruise are songs that if I had to I would say were sad songs.

Distantly in Love. I'm surprised it's not on here already. Survive's also one of my favorites.

I can't believe no one has said "The Ballad of Spider John". This song is tragic. I also agree with "Wonder Why You Ever Go Home".
