I have been called many, many names over the years.

Very few of them would be allowed past BN's Word Nanny and Censor.

Not anymore. I made one cry once but these days I just arc up with a tirade of blue language until they hang up.

I have been known to string them along and mess with them.

No. I did it twice today. The Amazon credit card scam. I told one that I did make the purchase on a blow up doll.

My dad kept getting those calls. I took the phone and used a fake Indian accent and talked very fast and berated
them for "bothering-my-father-he-is-a-very-very-very-old-man-and-doesn't-need-this-aggravation-and-you-should-be
-ashamed-of-yourself-stop-calling-him". They hung up on me and Mom and Dad laughed.

She bought a 2021 Lexus NX300. I told her it was time she treated herself to something nice.

Not sure. We don't get local news. They did use a helicopter to dump water on it. Our waitress at a bar said her husband was called out as a volunteer.
