Bars still can NOT open in Texas. IF they serve food, they can open but no food, no open.
Governor opened TX to 75% starting Mon.

Of the 12,319 times i have sat at the bar at McGuires, i have only had one thing off of the menu. And I have had it 12,248 times........Corned Beef and Cabbage.....if that is accurate, that means that i would have had 49,276 pints. Guess I should begin asking for a discount. Love there seasonal Raspberry Wheat.

Can't tell you how many times i have come in from a late day at work, and taken an Uber from the airport to the McGuires with my luggage. Taken my luggage into the bar and had dinner and beers, then Uber'd it home from there. Get some funny looks coming in with luggage and everything else. .....

Whelp, guess the area is under a curfew. Damnit! Just trying to turn it up on our last night here (as our hotel doesn't have a bar ) we're spending our $ at the hotel bar across the street...

Don't feel too bad, we'd never had a real one until we first visited New Caledonia, it's a French territory so is dripping with wonderful French cuisine.

How, exactly, are they allowed to call themselves a hotel without a bar? Surely that makes them a motel or flophouse!

The Hyatt Place at the airport has a great little bar....i spend the night there before early morning (5:00 AM) flights to get an extra 90 minutes of sleep. Then again, i end up spending 2 extra hours the night before at the bar..........somehow, it all works out.

Awesome band. When they first started out they were faithfully supported by a bar called "Molly Malone's".
They played there every Monday night. It got to a point that the band felt they were "flogging it to death".
So they started calling the band "Flogging Molly".

They used my name last year so I'm good
But I have to agree that Greek names are much prettier. Not sure NB is on that list though
