New place for lunch today, Walk-Ons Sports Bistreaux. It's a franchise and Drew Brees is one of the investors in the parent company. I had a Black Jack Chicken sandwich - blackened chicken, Monterey Jack cheese, bacon, carmelized onions, lettuce, tomato and chipotle mayo. It was really good but it was huge, I had to eat it with a knife and fork. :o
It sounds amazing, but I find it difficult to believe you couldn't fit it in your mouth 😜😜😜

Hi there! Larry's sandwich sounds great! I had a new one today as well. Buffalo chicken tender sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo with crumbled Bleu cheese. A beer and chips topped it off. Anne had the sandwich size with a soda. The bill 19.93$.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

That kinda sounds like the ELWOOD at House of Blues. It was Ryan's favorite. We went once and they took it off the menu. How do you take a sandwich off the menu that was co-owned by a Blues Brother????

Ha! Hadn't heard that. Was supposed to be tomorrow but that got cancelled earlier today. We have rebooked for Wed...
Your thoughts on that happening?

No, we were in Perdido but left this afternoon. Got a hotel in Pensacola. Didn't want to deal with the idiots on the road driving here tomorrow

Don't know when it will reopen. Check with your airline, maybe you can fly out of Ft Walton.

<------------- Keeping political comments off of BN...

But good luck to those in the path of storms and smoke. We've had out share of fires and smoke in Colorado. Our recent snow from last week helped some.

Was a horribly long day. And my office was at 80 degrees all day, making it even more lousy. But I got all the work done that I needed to today.

And on that note, I'm heading to bed. Hoping that my sleep is better than last night!

G'night!
