G'morning Paul... we posted at the same time - I deleted mine. ...

Today we're going to hang out around 100 degrees. We were yesterday, too. :-?

Unit secretary can't make it to work today, so I'm stuck at the front desk all day. :x

Follow up surgical appointment today, so they need to find someone to cover the desk for 45 minutes cause I have to leave work at 3:00.

And I'm off ... have a good day! :)

it has been warmer than average here as well, with a forecast of 96 degrees tomorrow. At least we always have that ocean breeze blowing

Good morning. We had some heavy rain the last few days when Faye was starting to develop into a tropical storm but it was far enough offshore that nobody in the Carolinas got blown. By the wind, blown by the wind.

Good morning BN. I'd planned to do some yardwork this morning before it got too hot but it's 88 feeling like 100 already. Guess I'll stay inside in the comfortable AC and wait for Friday happy hour.

I just had two (2) tons of Alabama Red Rock delivered a dumped in the drive way for filling in the rock beds around the house. Gonna do a weigh in before i start moving it all, then see how many pounds i lose during the process.

Will start the process with a bunch of water bottles, but once i start to the see the finish line, will probably be able to be talked into a beer or three. Gonna have to have to some sort of calculation to off set that. :pirate: :pirate: :pirate: :pirate:

put some red shoes on, close your eyes, click your heels and repeat "I am no longer in New Jersey, I am no longer in New Jersey, I am no longer in New Jersey" and you will be fine.

I took half a day off today because the oldest daughter, SIL and the grandkids are coming for a quick overnight visit! I just finished making 2 loaves of banana peanut butter bread for breakfast tomorrow, cleaned up the kitchen and vaccumed up the big dogs hair balls 🙄 Not cooking dinner tonight, just ordering pizza and having a cookout tomorrow before they head out! The other 2 daughters are coming for a visit tomorrow and will make it a very rare day indeed when we get to have all 3 of them here and all the grandkids including our bonus grandson, Milo. This Mimi is a happy camper 😍
