I think I need to see a doctor. I donated platelets this afternoon and on the way home I stopped to go grocery shopping. While I was in the supermarket, I walked right by the beer aisle. Didn't give it a glance. :o What's up with that?

Morning All.

It's cold here and work sux.

Apparently early next week an "east coast low" is going to form off the coast, so strong winds and large rainfall totals. We've only just got the house fixed after the last lot.

With the anti intellectual attitude in this country I don't mind social distancing.

Yikes! Might be low platelets but that could be cause for concern. Keep an eye on it!

I don't mind the social distancing either, but I'm pretty unsociable so ...
Your social enough for me to like & that's all I'm concerned about

To be honest, about the same. no temperature rise, but a scratchy throat. Although that could be explained by the fact that a wisdom tooth has decided to play up and is tender to touch - meaning there is likely to be an infection under the surface.

Happy hump day, peeps. Wicked thunderstorms in progress, pup is terrified. But we do need the rain so...
You only have two options - havin' fun or freakin' out...

If it doesn't recede any further in the next day or so, yes.

The wisdom tooth has been checked a few times and it does flare up from time to time but it sorts itself in a day or three.

I'm watching a replay of a hockey game from last October, it was Halloween. There's a guy in the first row behind the Hurricanes bench dressed as Pennywise the Clown.

We went to Western NY for an overnight visit with our oldest daughter, son in law and grandkids I. Memorial Day Weekend. Other than that, just going to work and to the grocery and such as needed.

We often went to Chautauqua to eat and shop, but not now. Jamestown had a lot of New Yorkers move there in the last few years.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Quite a busy (and crappy) 6hrs of ot today. I had a margarita at my local mexican restaurant then came home & gave the pups a bath. Woo hoo  Dad was up from NC for a short visit & came by for a while. I then cooked dinner (take out pizza & wings) that we ate at the tiki. It was a nice evening but I ended up as dinner for the mosquitos  til I got fed up & came inside

They live very close to Lake Chautauqua! We are hoping to get to go for a longer visit over Labor day and rent a pontoon boat and take the grandkids out on the lake! 🤞🤞🤞
