I had so much fun coming back here yesterday, I thought another visit was in order.
With the current state of Social Media elsewhere, it might be time for a full-time return to BN.
In other word: HELLO!
Welcome back, Jim!
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Thirty years I built a little pond with sealed concrete. It cracked, so I made it bigger with a liner. The new "cove" was not cemented. Every couple of years, I drained the bad water out and refilled it, saving the fish and frogs first. The liner leaked and dropped the level 6 inches. I hadn't touched it in years. I drained it with a five gallon bucket, saving most of the fish and frogs. Tomorrow, I'm cementing the cove and placing a new liner. Linda has Calamity Cove, But I have FROG POND.

I have a random spot in my yard that floods every spring due to poor drainage and a high water table. So I've got that going for me.

Me too. I can get my feet wet in August if I stand still in the back yard.

Watching Chris and Christine from their studio. Chris is lead guitar player for Jerry Jeff and so very talented. They usually play at Donn's Depot but are playing from home....#9. Who knew the Q would last this long.
Yikes. I just realized that I didn’t stop in today. Today was my “weekly report to work day”. It was another rough one. The Board of Judges are trying to get procedures in place to have in person proceedings. The public is still not allowed in the courthouse except for emergency domestic matters. All prisoner related things are held by video.
I am finally getting to the pile of civil things that need to be rescheduled from March, April and May. Anything for June will be done via zoom. We won’t have any criminal Or civil jury trials until August because of concern that any jurors called will want excused because of some kind of covid related reason. Anyway, I’m beat. One of those days that I’m ready for retirement
