Wow, 4 pages! I'll do my part to make it 5. The Gov says I can't leave the house because I'm old and high risk. I have rum but no mix, guess on the rocks will have to do.

No, haven't tried that one. I'll look for it next time I go to the rum store.

I usually drink rum with a mixer but I really like this straight (but very cold, out of the freezer). Made in a small mom & pop company out of Siesta Key. Toasted coconut is my favorite but they have a few other flavors.

When I was growing up on Long Island, the drinking age in NY was 18. I got really drunk on rum once the summer after I graduated from high school. For a long time after that, I'm talking 20-25 years, just the smell of rum would make me feel nauseous. I'm fine with drinking rum now but I'm mostly a beer drinker.

This is a Fijian rum liqueur. You may be able to find it in the US. Tastes like chocolate, coffee and toffee (as well as rum).

Hi there! I feel guilty about having a great day fly fishing while the world is hunkering down. A young family hiked towards me on a trail, so I stepped several feet off for them to pass.

Fly fishing has always puzzled me. How many flies do you have to catch to have enough for a meal?

Ha! I had a similar sight joke with a snowman cut out for kids. He was holding a pole and line with an ice cube on a hook. I would say,"He's ice fishing, and look! he caught one."

In the early 80s, heading home to MA after a family wedding weekend in NJ, we hit up a Shop Rite and bought 48 boxes of pork roll, emptied the shelf. That's taylor ham for all the weirdos.

Back then it was not available up here. We tried giving our son canadian bacon on his breakfast sandwich instead, he was about 6 y.o. He took one bite, lifted the top of the roll and asked what the heck it was.

My only experience with Canadian bacon is on McDonald's egg mcmuffin but I like it. Might not be the same as the real thing...

No one cares about Canadian bacon. Have you had pork roll?
