Paris Shows

Post by FinsUp6835 »

Are the Paris shows being played on radio Mville? Was hoping to catch it at some point.

Due to the time difference between Paris and the United States, the Paris shows will probably not be broadcast live however if RM records them like they do the Hawaii shows we could be hearing the Paris shows in the next few weeks

At least he really mixed it up a bit. I hope the BN'ers had a blast.

The Saturday night concert was better for me than Friday's as I had a slight issue resulting in me spending the night in hospital. Thanks to Charleston for his assistance in getting me to the outside of the building safely, also thanks to all the people that assisted especially the group accompanying NoShoes and DNW, it was great to see you all again on Saturday night, when I was able to see the complete concert.

With regards to the concert on Saturday, fantastic as usual, Jimmy and the band were in great form, however, would just like to say, if the 2 guys and their blonde headed partners who arrived late, tried to push in at the front, then spent the concert trying to push through the group I was with read this board. Here's a message, if you want to get to the front get in line early, if not stay at the back and allow those that did arrive early to enjoy the show in peace, apparently like me you had seen Jimmy in Paris on each occasion that he had performed, why that allows you to be rude and aggressive beats me. I hope you had a safe trip back to the States, and if you are coming back next year, please arrive on time and behave like all the other people in the venue. If not please make concert number 7 in Paris your last.

Well said Don. I agree with you 100 percent. As much as I tried to ignore them (and keep from falling down), those folks ruined our concert experience. Even after I told them of your illness from the previous concert, they continued the pushing, shoving and obnoxious behavior. I was hoping they would be removed, but we know how that went! I am so embarrassed they are from the states. Hoping you are feeling better.

Agree with Don.
We were 3 deep back from the stage in front of these DFs. We had to go out half an hour from the end as Pamela was taken by the heat and needed fresh air. We returned after 15 minutes and the guy said if we were going to stand there we we mistaken. I tried to explain but he was aggressive until i told him in no uncertain terms to go forth and multiply. Other PHs turned on the group and said we had been the all the time. They then faded into the night. We were in the front 20 of the line from 14.00hrs and would not upset anyone.
We all had a drink but some can take it !

Now back to the 2 concerts, I enjoyed the Thursday apart from the heat! but Saturday was fantastic as well.
Don't know which one was best as they were both different.

Nothing like a US concert so hard to explain.

Shows seemed awesome!

My only thing is you have a chance for JB to fulfill a song request in a small venue in Paris, paid for by 3 bottles of wine? And you request sweet home Alabama!?!?!?

I just don't get it...

I agree. The obvious choice was Freebird.
