I CANNOT believe I am 0 for 2 on meeting the BN crew, including LSP!!!! I have his ophicial BN nametag as requested by TSITC!

We planned to leave by 2:00, didn't leave til 3:30 :x , took 2.5 hours to get there, had to settle the nerves with a quick couple of beers on the trek across the lot right away to will call. After we ate our sandwiches, it was time to head in... tried to go via A4, but never saw it... we were in A6, went through A5, then we were almost to the gates. So close, but yet so far. :(

Don't know if I could handle another journey to the FSOTW on Saturday...

I did meet DrunkandScrewed and the Tiki Truck, which was COOL!!! And I also had the pleasure to meet jiggs2 during intermission.

How was the HI, and MOBN part 1?

So what happened last night when Jimmy said something like "don't throw that s$#@ on the stage." and the crowd booed. It was near the end...
... sharp as an arrow in a pile of glass ...

Some a-hole threw a string of beads and ended up hitting Jimmy in the face while he was wrapping up the 2nd set. This came after Mac was hit square in the face with a volleyball. They ended up finding the guy and hauled him away...this is when they were booing, not Jimmy...but the a-hole.

Interesting.... thanks for the insights... beads, ice, etc. And a volleyball to the face isn't too pleasant either.

I am so sorry you could't find the BN creew. I was lucky, walking straight to them by blind luck...saw the lone palm, theJBUFFTT licence plates.... thanks, everrone for welcoming me and feeding me, and UP for the ride to town. I am "tired but happy" and heading in to see a bit of Chicaago and then Mac tonight at HOB....

I have found me a home!

You weren't the only one that missed meeting the crew, Tiki. So did I. And I ended up locked out of my vehicle, and worse, away from all my beer and grub. Didn't get home and into bed until about 3:30.

It was still worth it.

yeah, but that happened earlier in the night and sounded "playful" as compared to the end when he got hit with ice/beads.

Ack!!! The longer these stories go, the more elaborate and crazy they get...lol Utley wasn't hit in the face with the volley ball, the ball was hit by a beach ball and rolled behind him. He was laughing all the time.

There was a groan when Mac was hit with a beach ball, and a bigger groan when Jimmy was hit with the beads, but the only booing I heard was when they took the Tiki Bar off the stage after Jimmy said something them taking his Tiki Bar...lol

Wow! Can't believe I missed so much action. And I was watching too!

I saw a beachball hit Mac's microphone. Never saw any volleyball...

I did wonder what Jimmy's comment was about....

I do wish people would quit with the beads....The beach balls are fine. Jimmy even autographed on at the end and gave it back to the person. But those beads in the eye can be lethal.
